The Permanent Commission of the Executive Governing Board , also called the Office of the Executive Council, is in charge of the ordinary governing of the University.
The Office of the Executive Council consists of the President, the Vice President(s), the Administrator, the Bursar and the University Secretary. The Office of the Executive Council also has a secretary in charge of the carrying out of the Council's work.
The Offices of the members of the Executive Board and the secretary are in the first floor of the Central Building.
The Secretaries of the Office of the Executive Council perform the following tasks:
- Register and archive the letters, writings and other documents that are sent to the Executive Board.
- Write the transcripts of the various meetings for their study and resolution, and give final approval to duties, internal memos, communications and official letters in their final version.
- Write the annual University Academic Report.
- Coordinate the usage of the Aula Magna, Lecture Hall 30, staff lounge and Faculty Dining Room; and the fax of the Office of the Executive Council.
- Attend and coordinated telephone calls, dates and meetings by the President and other members of the Executive Board.
- In general, help and assist in all functions involving the Executive Board: academic ceremonies, signing agreements, business trips.
Although each person has a specific task, the Secretariat of the Office of the Executive Council acts as a team, with each person collaborating in all tasks. It consists of the following persons:
- Maria Teresa Igúzquiza: Secretary of the President
- Ana Irigoyen: Assistant to the University Secretary
- José Ramón Gil: Assistant to the University Secretary and the Vice President(s).
- Maria Asun Igúzquiza: coordinator of the Secretariat of the Office of the Executive Council
- Leonor Ferrero: Secretary of the Office of the Executive Council.
- Maria Carmen Garmendia: Reception of the Office of the Executive Council
- Carmen Jáuregui: Secretary
- María Barcaiztegui: Secretary
- María Mediavilla: Secretary
