About the University Web Site 

Who can help me create or update my department or course web site?

How can I create a directory on the web server so that I can store the pages I create?
- You must request that the directory be created by submitting a work order at the Computer Help Desk (http://www.unav.es/net/at.html).
- In the work order, you must indicate:

  • the owner of the directory,
  • the department,
  • your email (It must be of the form alias@unav.es)
  • the name you wish to give to this directory (the name may not contain spaces, accents or the ñ character) as well as the parent web site that the new directory should reside under.

How do I make documents accessible only to the University community, or only to students registered for a particular course?

  1. To restrict access to members of the University community, see: http://www.unav.es/SI/servicios/publicar/nivelesdeacc.html
  2. You may also make your documents accessible via ADI, which allows you to restrict access by course: http://www.unav.es/english/educationalinnovation/adi/default.html
