Ways to access ADI
There are two ways to access ADI:

Access for those pertaining to the University of Navarra (access to ADI): For students, professors and employees of the University. It is a system which uses personal identification to access various applications, such as ADI and the Academic qualifications. Once the password and identification are entered the first time, it is not necessary to continue to identify oneself. To sign out, simply click on "Salir de todas las applicaciones" on the page for Information Services for students. If you do not have a user name from Information Services, or do not remember your sign-in, you should speak with the monitors in the computer rooms or write to us at 2992@unav.es or call extension 2992 from the University. For most people, the sign in name from Information Services is the same as their email address (ex: for pperez@@unav.es or pperez@alumni.unav.es, the sign-in is pperez and the password is the same as that used for the email.
- Access for those who do not pertain to the University of Navarra (Special access to ADI): for people who are not students, professors or employees of the University of Navarra. They ought to identify themselves with the sign-in and password provided by the professor.
What to do with problems in accessing ADI with the sign-in and password
If you have problems accessing ADI with the sign-in and password from the Information Services, follow these easy steps:
- Try at least two or three times to sign in. If the problem occurs just one time, it may be an error on the part of the computer that will not re-occur.
- Go over the list of possible problems in the "Trouble-shooting list of problems and solutions in accessing ADI with the sign in from Information Services" in which it details the problems possible.
- If the problem persists and it cannot be found in this list, contact us by email indicating the problem.
List of problems and solutions in the "Access to ADI" with the sign-in for University personnel
- Problem 1: Upon clicking "ENTRAR" on the identification screen of Information Services, the sign-in and password are erased and you remain on the same screen, without any message being shown.
Cause: Cookies are disabled.
Solution: Activate cookies in the explorer.
- Problem 2: Upon clicking "ENTRAR" in the identification screen of Information Services, the following message is shown: "No pueden ser determinadas como auténticas las credenciales que usted proporcionó."
Cause: One of the informations entered (sign-in, password, domain) is not correct.
Solution: Try again. Ensure that the complete email address is not entered as the sign-in. If the problem continues, speak with one of the computer room staff, who will reset the password for you.
- Problem 3: Upon clicking "ENTRAR" in the identification screen of Information Services, you are redirected to http://www.unav.es/SI/portal/.
Cause A: One time problem.
Solution A: If you try again a few more times, you should be able to enter without further problems.
Cause B: If the problems ALWAYS occurs, and it is not a one time error, it is more likely that you are not a formally registered as a student or professor.
Solution B: If you are a student, please wait until you have finished with class registration. If you are a professor, you ought to speak with the Secretary in your Center or Faculty to ensure that you are properly enrolled in the Financial Services Office as the professor of that class for that academic year.
What to do with problems with "special access to ADI" with the sign-in and password
- Contact us by email, indicating the course in which you are registered and the name of the professor.
