Next SEProt meeting will be placed in Pamplona, in Sciences Faculty at Universidad de Navarra (http://www.unav.es) 10-13 February, 2009.
The theme of the congress is “Human proteome. From Bench to Bedside”. Proteomics has experienced incredible advances in the last few years. The rapid development of novel technologies with increasing analytical capabilities, provide unprecedented resources to approach the huge challenge represented by the proteomes of biological systems, including the Human Proteome in health and disease, one of the pillars of the upcoming molecular medicine. State of the art methodology and its applications in plant, microbial, animal and human proteomics, biomarker discovery and biomedicine will be discussed in Pamplona by international experts from both sides of the Atlantic Ocean.
