The Master’s program is structured in three modules:
MODULE I (general): General Issues in Education (15 ECTS)
MODULE II (specific): optional modules. Specialist subjects selected by students (27 ECTS)
- Humanities and Social Sciences (Teaching Specialties: Geography and History, and Philosophy)
- Language and Literature (Teaching Specialties: Spanish Language and Literature, Latin, and Greek)
- Experimental and Natural Sciences (Teaching Specialties: Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, Biology and Geology)
- Teaching of Languages
- ducational Guidance
MODULE III: Practicum (12 ECTS) and Final Project (6 ECTS)
The Master’s program comprises 60 ECTS. The qualification is awarded on successful completion of each of the subjects set out in the modules on the Master’s program, including the Practicum and the Final Project. The duration of the program is one full academic year, and student participation is full-time. In practical terms, the program is structured as follows:
- Taught Courses: September to March, evening classes;
- Work Experience Period: March to May, approximately two months of work, Monday to Friday, morning and/or afternoon, for the number of hours established in the program.
