Objectives
The fundamental objectives of the program are to:

Train professionals who gather the qualities of a critical scientific spirit, capacity for experimental design, practical skills in the laboratory and the abilities of communication and teamwork.

Initiate the program’s students into research through the development of a research project that will provide them with the necessary skills to carry out future research projects.

Enable the program’s students to work in both national and international environments, in order to participate autonomously in translational research in the diverse areas of Molecular and Cellular Biology and Biomedicine.

Provide the program’s students with an ethical perspective of research work in order to render an effective service to society with integrity, responsibility, the ability to work in teams and the spirit of service towards others.
