1,299 fusion sequences
involving
403 different genes
, found in human tumors (see

a searchable list of genes included in this update)
.
You can also search
TICdb
using any gene alias available at
Entrez Gene
.
For every fusion,
TICdb
will return the
HGNC
name of both partner genes and the original
reference
(either a GenBank or a Pubmed ID), as well as the
fusion sequence
.
