This is version 3.1 (March 2012) of TICdb, a database of Translocation breakpoints In Cancer.

General Information This version of TICdb contains 1,299 fusion sequences involving 403 different genes, found in human tumors (see here a searchable list of genes included in this update). You can also search TICdb using any gene alias available at Entrez Gene. For every fusion, TICdb will return the HGNC name of both partner genes and the original reference (either a GenBank or a Pubmed ID), as well as the fusion sequence.
