Abstracts are expected by the organizing committee before October 3.
By October 15, the Scientific Commitee would communicate with the authors to tell them whether the papers were accepted or not.
The deadline to present the papers' final version in December 8, one month after the Conference. Papers should have nine pages with 1,5 lineal space written using the Times New Roman font (12). All pages must be numbered. A short vita of the author (100 words long) will be included. The abstracts will be sent by e-mail in a Microsoft Word document to the address: cicom@unav.es

In the abstract (500 words) the authors are expected to indicate:
- Title
- Author/s
- Institution
- Working group they want the paper to be assigned
- Author/s e-mail.

The abstract will be published to all the participants at the beginning of the Conference and will be the starting point for discussion in the working groups. The proceedings of the Conference will include addresses, papers and working groups' conclusions.
