Who do I contact to help me with my Learning Agreement?
A.  
An individual professor is in charge of each region:

Is there any type of economic help available to me while I am on exchange?
A.  
Students must only enrol and pay tuition to the University of Navarra.   However, students must pay expenses related to travel and housing as they relate to their respective circumstances. 
Scholarships are available to students who are citizens of the European Union.  For more information on these scholarships, see the Manual de Intercambio.
 
How do I obtain insurance in the country of my destination university?
A.  
Europe
Students can obtain the card that facilitates international medical assistance in the Social Security offices located on c/ Yanguas y Miranda, 23-25, 31003 Pamplona; Tel. 948 297 650. The required application form to issue the card is the E111.
 
Outside of Europe
The most convenient way to become insured is by contacting a private insurance agency or by obtaining the the coverage recommended by the destination university, especially in the case of the universities in the United States.
 
Travel insurance
Those students who wish to obtain travel insurance can consult the information available here.
 
I am not from the School of Economics and Business Administration but I want to go on exchange to study Economics at one of the School's partner universities. Is this possible?
A.  
No, only those students who are from the School of Economics and Business Administration can apply to go on exchange.
 
I am enrolled in the Bilingual program. If I am not able to go on exchange twice, can I still obtain the Bilingual degree?
A.  
The nature of the Bilingual program requires that students go on exchange twice.  However, if the student is not able to do so, they can choose between finishing his/her program with a non-Bilingual degree, or finishing his/her studies with an exchange in his/her fifth year.
