Final Message from Andy Seymour, Outgoing ESP SIG Coordinator

I have now left the ESP SIG Committee having served as Coordinator for over 4 years. Wendy Scarlin has also left after serving as Events Officer during that period. Unfortunately, no new members have joined the committee which means that there are now only 4 committee members. Doug Bell has taken over from me as Coordinator and Ruth Breeze will take over Doug's previous responsibilities as Editor of this Newsletter. Wolfgang Ridder will continue as Events Officer and Paul Miller will continue to maintain the website. I wish all of them well and hope that others will want to join them in the running of the ESP SIG which still has over 400 members worldwide. During 2002 the ESP SIG will actively participate in the annual IATEFL conference in York and the biennial SIG Symposium in Istanbul.

Best wishes to all ESP SIG members.
