Andrew Breeze to give plenary at British Museum
Prof. Andrew Breeze has been invited to give a plenary session at a conference organized by the British Museum on 13 and 14 March 2010. The conference, AD 410: The End of Roman Britain, will bring together a select group of invited speakers from the areas of history, archaeology, language and literature, in order to commemorate the 1600th anniversary of the Roman withdrawal from Britain in 410.
Prof. Breeze, from the Department of Spanish Linguistics and Modern Languages, is the author of 4 books and over 400 articles on the language and literature of the British Isles in the Middle Ages.
