The Alumni Email Account is a free account which is yours for life, which the Alumni Associations makes available to all the former students of the University of Navarra, in order to facilitate the contact between students and with the University
If you already have another email account (from your company, a personal account from Hotmail, Terra or Yahoo, etc) and you prefer to receive information from the University at that account, we can redirect your Alumni email account. If you choose this option, any messages which come to your Alumni Account will be redirected automatically to the email address you indicate.
This redirection service will save you the trouble resulting from repeated changes in your personal email address. Remember that if you change your email provider (whether by changing employer, or Internet provider), your Alumni Account will remain the same for life. This is an email address that you can give to your friends and family, knowing that they can always contact you through this address. You need only maintain up-to-date the redirection.
On the other hand, we remind you that the employment offers provided by the University Office of Career Services (Oficina de Salidas Profesionales) will only be sent to your Alumni Account. For this reason we encourage you to sign up for the services offered by the Career Services Office.

| What is the Alumni Account? |
The Alumni Account is a personal email account offered by the University of Navarra; it is free and yours for life. It also serves as a means of facilitating the communication between the University and its former students.| What are the benefits of the Alumni Account? |
Via the Alumni Account, you will receive information about activities at the University of Navarra or within your Faculty or School, as well as information about reunions and get-togethers of former students in your region of residence.
It also allows other former students of the University to get in touch with you. In addition, you can contact them as well, by looking up their email addresses in the Directory of Former Students (currently in development).
In addition, it is exclusively through your Alumni Account that you may receive employment offers through the Office of Career Services of the University of Navarra.| Is it the same account that I had while studying at the University? |
Yes, it is the same email account that the University provided you while you were studying at the University. If you have forgotten your University email address, you may send a message to us at alumni@unav.es and we will provide you with the information you need to access your account. | Do I already have this email account, or must I apply for it? |
The Alumni Navarrenses has already signed you up for your Alumni Account. You should have received a letter by postal mail which explains everything you need to know about your Alumni Account: your email address (of the form alias@alumni.unav.es), the password you have been assigned, and all of the information you need in order to consult your messages in your Alumni Account.
If you have not received this letter, please send a message to alumni@unav.es, or call us at (34) 948 425 608. Your home address may not be up to date in the database of former students. Once we have corrected your information, we will send you the letter with instructions, email address and password, which you can change whenever you like.| How do I access the messages which come to my Alumni Account? |
In order to access the messages which come to your Alumni Account, you have two options: - Redirecting your Alumni Account to another account which you access frequently.
In this way, all of the messages which comes to your Alumni Account will be automatically sent to the account which you indicate.
You may Redirect your Alumni Account here. - Configure your email program to download your Alumni Account messages (Outlook, Messenger, Eudora, etc...)
Call the Alumni Association (948 425 608) so that we can provide you with the University mail server.
| And if I prefer to receive my messages in another account which I specify? |
If you would like the messages sent to your Alumni Account to be redirected to another account which you access more frequently (such as your work account or a personal account from @hotmail, @terra, @yahoo, etc...) you need to redirect your Alumni Account. Any messages coming to your Alumni Account will be automatically resent to the account that you indicate. | I want to change the address to which my Alumni Account messages are sent. |
If you wish to change the email account to which your Alumni Account messages are sent, you simply need to repeat the original process of redirection. The procedure is the same as that which you used to set the redirection in the first place.| I want to change the password of my Alumni Account |
If you want to change the password for your Alumni Account, follow the link given and follow the steps that are indicated.
The system will ask you for your email alias and old password. After that, you can provide the new password.
For security purposes, we recommend that you change your password periodically.| I've forgotten or lost my Alumni Account password. What do I have to do? |
If you have forgotten your current password for your Alumni Account, you will need to request a new one. To obtain your new password, call Alumni Navarrenses at (34) 948 425 608 (Blanca Díaz Knörr) and request a new password. It will be sent to you via postal mail.
For reasons of security, it will not be possible to provide you with your password over the telephone.| What if I don't want my Alumni Account any longer? |
If, for any reason, you no longer wish to have your Alumni Account, all you have to do is cease consulting it. If you have your Alumni Account redirected to another email address, you may deactivate the redirection. To achieve this, you use the same website as you used to create the redirection. Simply change the redirection address to point to your Alumni Account. This will cause the redirection to be automatically disactivated.
