Ethical Principles That Give Meaning to Technical Values

Solutions to problems of administration and government of organizations cannot be developed solely by depending on technical knowledge –despite the great importance of this kind of knowledge– but in addition it is necessary that ethics and values be introduced into all levels of planning and administration of business activities, whether in production or sales.

Along with the contributions of economics, law, business administration, psychology and sociology, and business and computer skills, the practical incorporation of the humanities contributes in a solid way to understanding the principles and goals by which a business should be run.

The ethical principles which give meaning to technical knowledge within an organization are always, from the perspective of administration, a necessity for the development of the business.

Humanism in business implies the operative and practical incorporation of ethical values in the administration of businesses, with the intention of giving meaning and purpose to the technical knowledge of management.
