Once you have completed 100% of the credits for the first year of Biology or Chemistry, those students who so desire may request admission to the Degree Program in Biochemistry.
This is a degree program of the second cycle, which consists of two academic years of study. It has as its objective a deep formation in the disciplines of biochemistry, molecular biology, genetic engineering and biotechnology, all of which are currently important in industrial processes and in research.
