TheCEDEJis directed by an Executive Board composed of a Director, two Associate Directors, and an Administrator.

Apart from the staff members, the CEDEJ counts on the collaboration of other professors and scholars, and maintains important links to the St. Josemaría Escrivá Historical Institute (Rome), as well as with those schools, institutes, and departments of the University of Navarra that work in related fields.
