Theme 1: Ecology and biology of non-native freshwater species
 
- Some aspects about the biology and ecology of European catfish (Silurus glanis) in the Flix Reservoir (Ebro River). Dr. Luis M. Zamora (University of Girona).
 
- Trophic ecology of the Eurasian otter (Lutra lutra) in the Cabañeros National Park (Castilla La Mancha): relevance of red swamp crayfish (Procambarus clarkii) on its diet. Dr. David Almeida (University of Castilla La Mancha).
 
Theme 2: Historical review of invasion and current distribution of non-native freshwater species in the Iberian Peninsula
