Through the loans service, University of Navarra
library users can borrow items from the library for a certain period
of time.

All items are on loan except:
Reference Items: Bibliographies, dictionaries, directories, encyclopaedias, etc.
Special Collections: items printed between 15th and 19th centuries.
Editions and collections of frequent use in the rooms.
Special materials: Drawings, engravings, old maps, microfilms, etc.
Scientific, general and cultural journals, newspapers, etc.
Items not on loan are marked with the label “Excluido de préstamo” (“Excluded from loan”).

Library loans are personal and entail showing the University card or other authorised card; loans are not permitted to users who are unable to show such a card, or who show a card belonging to another user are not permitted.
The person who is granted the loan is responsible for the proper safeguarding and return of the item within the time and under the conditions established. He or she is also responsible for ensuring that the use and possible reproduction of the loaned items is in accordance with current Spanish Intellectual Property Law (In Spanish).
