Photocopying

The reproduction of pages of Library items can be done at any of the four self-service photocopying machines, in accordance with current Intellectual Property Legislation.
Photocopy cards can be purchased or topped up at the photocopies stores in each building.

Printing

The printing of documents from the Undergraduates Room computers may be done at the copier/printer located at the building hall, using the OCÉ card. Printings could be sent to the Newspaper Room or to the Science copier/printer.

To print, follow these steps:

Select the print option in the program you are using.

Select the “Oce 2045 Antigua NT” printer.

Go to the copier/printer.

Insert the Océ card in the printer reader.

Select the menu on the printer:

· Print mode

· User

· The item that you want to print.

Press the green key to start printing.

Collect the sheets and remove the card.

If the printer is out of paper or toner, or fails to print, please notify the photocopies shop in the Science Library, via telephone extension 3121 or by visiting the basement office in the Old Library building.
