How to reproduce items from the Special Collections

Digital items may be reproduced using the equipment in the Special Collections room, up to a maximum of 5 pages. The Special Collections section can also supply better quality reproductions for the purposes of study, research or publishing.

If more than 5 pages are required, please complete this Form (In Spanish).

The library will authorise and process reproduction requests. These reproductions, as well as the texts they contain, are protected by Intellectual Property law. The amount paid covers only the material expenses and the charge levied by the University, and does not confer any property right over the items.

By sending the form, the requester commits him or herself to use the requested reproductions only for the purposes stated. The material supplied can not be published without express authorisation from the library of the University of Navarra.

The library will process your request as soon as possible.

Requests from outside the University will only be dealt with at the request of another library or institution. The reproduction of more than 5 pages requires authorisation from the Library Managers.
