Postgraduates, researchers, lecturers and staff of the University with a valid university card.

All users with specific agreements and any lecturer or researcher not belonging to the University of Navarra with a valid card provided by the University Library.

Special Collections Room

The Special Collections room is situated on the ground floor of the new Library building (inside the Multimedia Collection). This section holds the valuable special collections of the Library, consisting of:

Manuscripts
Items printed prior to 1835.
Items of notable interest such as hand-written manuscripts, notes from significant figures, special bookbinding, etc., irrespective of publication date.
Drawings, engravings, cartography, sheet music.
Any publication requiring special care.

There are also general reference items (encyclopaedias and dictionaries) and reference items related to the study of the special collections:

Incunabula catalogues, booksellers´catalogues, etc.
Manuscripts stocks, incunabula, etc.
Typographers’ inventories, booksellers, family crests, ex-libris, typographers’ marks, etc.

Staff in charge of this section can provide specialised bibliographical information.
