It is situated on the 8th floor of the Clinic Services Department of the University Hospital. It contains the Medical Sciences collection, reserved to medical sciences lecturers, researchers and medical staff.

It is equipped with 40 desks with Internet connection.

It contains a bibliographical collection of:

More than 5,000 open access titles.

More than 15,000 titles in the repository, accessible through email (electronic) enquiries.

More than 4,000 Health Sciences journals.

It provides a service of digitalised documents of journal articles that are only available in the Sciences library.

In some exceptional cases, "Not for loan" items can be taken out of the room for just one day.
