Photocopying

The reproduction of pages of Library items can be done at any of the four self-service photocopying machines, in accordance with current Intellectual Property Legislation.
Photocopy cards can be purchased or topped up at the photocopies stores in each building.

Printing

The printing of documents from the Science Library computers may be done at the copier/printer located at the entrance of the library, next to the computer room, using the OCÉ card.

To print, follow these steps:

Select the print option in the program you are using.

Select the “Oce 2045 CienciasNT” printer.

Go to the copier/printer.

Insert the Océ card in the printer reader.

Select the menu on the printer:

· Print mode

· User

· The item that you want to print.

Press the green key to start printing.

Collect the sheets and remove the card.

If the printer is out of paper or toner, or fails to print, please notify the photocopies shop in the Science Library, via telephone extension 6597.
